Our offer is subject to confirmation and is made on the basis of the information provided to us by the seller/landlord or third parties. We cannot assume liability for the correctness and completeness. Errors and prior sale/rental reserved.
Disclosure of information
Our offers and communications are intended exclusively for the offerees. In the event of transfer to third parties without our consent, the offeree shall pay us the commission upon conclusion of the main contract by the third party.
Building law situation
All details are based exclusively on information provided to us by our clients. We do not assume any liability for the completeness, correctness and up-to-dateness of this information. We generally recommend having the building law situation checked by a specialist lawyer.
The taxes, notary and land registry costs incurred upon purchase are to be borne by the buyer.
If the offeree is already aware of the saleability / rentability of an object proven by us, he is obliged to inform us of this in writing without delay, at the latest within 8 days.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the buyer pays no commission. This does not apply to properties from the bank portfolio. A separate brokerage agreement must be concluded in advance for this. Upon conclusion of a rental/lease agreement with a term of up to 5 years, Casa Mia Real Estate shall charge the tenant/lessee the sum of 2 months’ rent plus VAT based on the monthly rent agreed upon conclusion of the agreement (in the case of graduated rent on the average rent of the fixed term of the agreement).
We shall also be entitled to commission if further agreements are concluded in the temporal and economic context of the first contract brokered or proven by us.
